• To meet Charity Commission guidelines every corporate partner is required to have a signed contract with Village Aid
• We will consider the cost benefit of the joint venture when drawing up the agreement and have a minimum guarantee
• We do not allow third parties to mail our supporters - this is in line with what our supporters have requested
• Due to risk assessment guidelines we only work with companies who have three years of financial accounts
