Village Aid AGM 2011 Details
Village Aid's 2011 AGM (Annual General Meeting) has been confirmed and booked to take place on Tuesday 5th July at Bakewell Town Hall.
People are free to arrive from 5:30pm and we expect to finish at around 7:30pm.
Light refreshments will be available upon arrival and we will be serving tea and coffee.
We also look forward to welcoming Mr Unusa Karima, a newly trained barrister from Cameroon working with Village Aid's partner MBOSCUDA on issues of human rights amongst the Pastoralist communities that we support.

The current itinerary is like this:
1) 5:30pm - Welcome.
2) To receive apologies for absence.
3) To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 15th September 2010 and the extraordinary general meeting held on 30th March 2011.
4) Report from the Chair of the Board.
5) Treasurer's and Auditor's report.
6) To approve the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31st December 2010.
7) To appoint the auditors for 2011.
8) Retirement of Directors. Kate French, Alan Davies, and Peter Dent retire by rotation and seek re-election.
9) Reports (CEO, Programmes, Fundraising).
10) Future Plans.
11) Powerpoint presentation from Unusa Karima, a barrister from Cameroon and a beneficiary of Village Aid support.
12) Questions and answers.
13) Thanks and close of meeting.
